From time to time we will be posting information about some of our favorite vendors, restaurants, and places around our favorite city. If you are about to host an event, get hitched, or just want to have some fun in Nashville, these might be some people/places to keep in mind. For our first favorite, we wanted to give a shout out to Krista Lee of Krista Lee Photography.

This lovely lady did our engagement photo shoot as well as all our wedding photos. She has sort of a photojournalistic style that really captures the feeling of the moment. I know she definitely can do all the posed/traditional shots, but her candid photos are so artistic and honest. She is also the type of person that makes you feel comfortable even in a weird situation. I mean, how often do you go get your photo taken by a pro? I'm no supermodel, so for me it has been twice (engagement shoot and wedding). It is a little odd at first when you're trying to look natural and beautiful at the same time. She puts you right at ease, and she is great about making suggestions and directing the shoot so you don't feel like a total goof the whole time.
